Cannot get renewal code to load

I just renewed my Spybot Professional and got the new license code, but I cannot get it to load.
I was going to post a screenshot but it is not working.
 
Could you describe what's happening? Is the little New License window not coming up? :)
 
Let me see if I can put in a screenshot. I had gotten a message about renewing and I did. In the past, I just plugged in to code and it renewed.
