    What AdwCleaner found I'd remove especially anything related to TotalAV

    PUP.Optional.Legacy C:\ProgramData\TotalAV
    PUP.Optional.Legacy C:\Windows\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\AppData\Roaming\TotalAV
    PUP.Optional.PCProtect C:\ProgramData\SecuritySuite
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~`
    If you want to keep the below you can it's just bloatware.
    Preinstalled.HPSupportAssistant Folder C:\Program Files (x86)\HEWLETT-PACKARD\HP SUPPORT SOLUTIONS
    Preinstalled.HPSupportAssistant Folder C:\ProgramData\HEWLETT-PACKARD\HP SUPPORT FRAMEWORK
    Please download KpRm by Kernel-panik and save to your Desktop.
    • Click on KpRm.exe to run the tool.
    Vista/Windows 7/8/10 users right-click and select Run As Administrator.
    • Put a check mark next to these items:
    - Delete tools
    - Delete now
    • Click the "Run" button.
    • When the tool has finished, it will create and open a log report and delete itself.
    you can delete the report.
    I don't know, is Google Chrome usually the browser you use? or is your normal browser Firefox?
    Is it ads? do you have time to quickly read one before it closes?
    It might be asking if you want to make Google Chrome your main browser, I don't think it's infection.
    Later see if you can catch what it's saying.
    i had already made chrome my default browser, these pop up out of the bottom right hand corner. i read part of one that was for a name brand pharmacy. i guess it's just part of google ads. seems kinda pointless to do it so quick. i'd want more for my dime if i was paying for it.
