    Default Spybot deemed not authentic by Safer Networking after update

    Hi,
    I run the free version of Spybot on Windows 10.
    After updating this morning I clicked 'Start Scan' and got a warning from the Start Centre telling me that the file I was trying to run had not been recognised as authentic by Safer Networking. Same response when I clicked Update and Immunize.
    Any suggestions please?

    Hello.
    A couple people have posted here about that happening. One person had that warning when they opened quarantine, another had the warning when they tried to scan with Spybot, as is happening with yours. (m/f) answered in one of the posts, please see the reply here:

    Thanks for your help and the info.
    I'll re-install if I have to but it's a bit of a bind.

    Yes, I'm sorry about having to reinstall, as far as I'm aware that is currently the only solution available at the moment.
