Having trouble renewing Spybot

Hi,

Having trouble renewing Spybot. The renewal process at the wants me to enter a Number to get the update. I did not receive a number. What should I do to get around this kerfuffle? Can I just but a new version??

• Open the Spybot Start Center.
• Click on Show Details in the bottom right corner of the Start Center.
• Under the Spybot logo on the top left corner of the Start Center, you should see the Spybot edition written in blue writing.
• If you are a licensed user you should also have +ANTIVIRUS written in red writing.
