Pb with Firefox

Hi all workers

I'm newbee in Spybot.
After installation, i've 2 errors when i start Firefox :
1 - ordinal 2894 not find in library C\Prog...\SpyBo... \ssleay32.dll - The file is present.
2 - ordinal 3109 not find in library C\Prog...\SpyBo... \libssl32.dll - The file is present.

I will apreciate some help ...

Hello. Welcome to the forum.
You could try removing Spybot using add or remove programs. Reboot your computer when done, then try downloading and reinstalling Spybot once again. There's a tutorial on the Spybot page for installing under Download and Install to follow on this page here:

Note it says Spybot 2.7 on there, but the later version of 2.9 is the correct latest version when you download.
Please let me know if that works. If it doesn't could you let me know your computer's operating system and which edition of Spybot you have(free edition, professional,etc.) Thanks.
