    Default Patched dnsapi.dll

    Hi, It would be great if you could arrange this file to be removed form my Windows 11 64 bit computer as this patched file is a nuisance. The first image is from a GrindSoft scan. The second image is what happens.

    I will be pleased to assist in any way possible
