C:\bintheredunthat ---->date created was today (10/13) and the time was after BFU was ran (2:39am Pacific).
C:\QooBox ---->date created was yesterday (10/12) and the time was 12:37am Pacific, so that was after I ran ComboFix and before I ran HJT.

One last thing, both folders appear to be empty.

Hello,

Could you run AVG again and set it to quarantine everything? Qoobox is part of ComboFix, so it's all right. The other one, however, is not all right. Also I see there are more accounts on this computer. We may need to do everything all over for the other accounts.

Download SDFix and save it to your Desktop.

Double click SDFix.exe and choose Install to extract it to its own folder on the Desktop. Please then reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following :

• Restart your computer
• After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually;
• Instead of Windows loading as normal, the Advanced Options Menu should appear;
• Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode, then press Enter.
• Choose your usual account.

• Open the extracted SDFix folder and double click RunThis.bat to start the script.
• Type Y to begin the cleanup process.
• It will remove any Trojan Services or Registry Entries found then prompt you to press any key to Reboot.
• Press any Key and it will restart the PC.
• When the PC restarts the Fixtool will run again and complete the removal process then display Finished, press any key to end the script and load your desktop icons.
• Once the desktop icons load the SDFix report will open on screen and also save into the SDFix folder as Report.txt.
• Finally copy and paste the contents of the results file Report.txt back onto the forum with a new HijackThis log

Also, please run ComboFix again and post the log from it. We're dealing with some stubborn, nasty stuff here.

Thank you for all your help so far.

Everytime you have instructed me to go into "Safe" mode, I have selected the "Administrator" account, and not my usual account. Does that present a new problem? Should I continue to do that, or should I follow the instructions above and choose my usual account?

And, as far as the other accounts are concerned, aside from mine, only 1 other one has anything of relative importance on them, while the other two can be deleted. Will that make clean-up a little eaiser?

Unless a tool says otherwise in the instructions, you usually choose your usual account. Some do require admin rights.

I don't know about deleting the other accounts. That would be up to you. Can I see a log from the other account so I'll know if it's infected as well?

Hello,

Before beginning, you may want to save these instructions to Notepad or print them out for easier reference.

I notice that you have Spybot's TeaTimer running. While this is normally a wonderful tool to protect against hijackers, it can also interfere with HijackThis! fixes. So please disable TeaTimer by doing the following:
1) Run Spybot-S&D
2) Go to the Mode menu, and make sure "Advanced Mode" is selected
3) On the left hand side, choose Tools -> Resident
4) Uncheck "Resident TeaTimer" and OK any prompts

You can reenable TeaTimer once your system is clean.

Please reboot your computer into Safe Mode. To boot into Safe Mode, please restart your computer. Tap F8 before Windows loads. Select Safe Mode on the screen that appears.

Please run HijackThis! and click "Scan." Place checks next to the following entries, if present:

Close all browsers and other windows except for HijackThis!, and click "Fix Checked".

Navigate to and delete the following files, if present:

• In Safe Mode, load AVG Anti-Spyware and click on the Scanner tab at the top and then click on Complete System Scan. This scan can take quite a while to run, so be prepared.
• AVG Anti-Spyware will list any infections found on the left hand side. When the scan has finished, it will automatically set the recommended action. Click the Apply all actions button. AVG Anti-Spyware will display "All actions have been applied" on the right hand side.
• Click on "Save Report", then "Save Report As". This will create a text file. Make sure you know where to find this file again (like on the Desktop).
• Restart back into Normal Mode.

In your reply, please post the report from AVG and a new HijackThis log.

I did as you said. I was unable to find wfbe9b34.dll. I even had it search in hidden files, etc, nothing found.
