Can not search for files or folders

Hello, I´ve installed Spybot S&D in my Windows XP sp2 PC and downloaded the latest updates and do scanned all and inmunized the system, but now i can not serach for files or folders, it only shows the animated dog but no options.

Also I can´t enter to MSN or any homebanking webpage.

Any idea? Thanks

Yes man, and i have uninstalled Spybot S&D and the problem persists.

but i have installed Spybot S&D in many computers, but two of them simpli can´t find files or acces hotmail or homebanking webpages before S&D installation.

i will put the log anyway.
