SpyAxe and SpyTrooper

Thank you for your help. I don't seem to have that spyware anymore. At least I haven't had any pop-ups for it since I did all of that last night. The only problem I'm having (and I don't know if you can help or not) is that my dialer doesn't always disconnect when I tell it to. The window pops up saying that it is disconnecting, but it hasn't. Do you know how I can fix that?
