Hello and welcome to the forum, I must apologize as it seems the notifications system that is supposed to let me know when you post has failed. If, during the balance of this cleanup you do not get a reponse from me within 12 hours of your post, PM me here to let me know:
    http://forums.spybot.info/private.php?do=newpm&u=233

You are running MSConfig in Selective Startup mode, I need to see all HJT log in Normal Mode with everything enabled in MSConfig. You can return to Selective Startup to save your resources when we finish.

    isafe.exe: see this >>> http://www.liutilities.com/products/...library/isafe/

Please see if you can supply more information, the names and locations of any malware your scans are finding.

I wish to make sure you know this program is installed: http://www.fbmsoftware.com/spyware-n...clsp_dll/2364/

Because I can not see everything installed, please follow these directions:
Thanks to S!Ri, and any others who helped with this fix.

    Please download SmitfraudFix (by S!Ri)
Extract the content (a folder named SmitfraudFix) to your Desktop.

Open the SmitfraudFix folder and double-click smitfraudfix.cmd
Select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press "Enter"; a text file will appear, which lists infected files (if present).
Please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply.

Note : process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool"; it is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.
    http://www.beyondlogic.org/consulting/proc...processutil.htm

Restart the computer and post the text file report from Smitfraudfix and a new HJT log.

    Thanks
