SmitFraud-C-Toolbar888 HELP!!!!

Heya, Im having a problem with removing SmitFraud, S&D picks it up and deletes it but upon restart Smit is back. Have tried other spyware removal programs and its the same thing, tried killbox, deleting the reg keys manually (and the files), Hijackthis etc and it still wont budge. Any help would be greatly appreciated
