Smithfraud-C PLEASE HELP

Spybot keeps detecting this, but it seems it keeps creating more and more and I can't seem to get it off...I've searched and destroyed over 10 times already to no avail. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I know you did an update today and my SandD is fully updated but it still can't get rid of it.
