Malware: Can't Get Rid Help Me Please

Much Thanks and Appreciation goes out to anyone who can help me.

I have an advertisment that comes up inbetween my desktop icons and my background. The ad is for WinFixer 2005. It covers up most of my background except for about a half an inch on the bottom of my screen. I tried to change my background and my background changes, but the ad is still there. I have already done the following:

1) Ran XoftSpy
2) Made sure McAfee was up-to-date and ran that
3) Ran AdAware
4) Ran Spybot S&D
5) Ran HiJackThis and here is my log

Welcome to the forum GT1EvoRacing

It's recommended to uninstall NewDotNet.While off line,, Go to Control Panel add/remove programs and remove it.
If you can't find it there go here and follow procedure number 4:

Restart the PC when is is finished
delete the NewDotNet folder in program files

Next:
Your running Hijackthis from a temp and it still hasnt been unzipped, neither is a good idea.
Create a new folder, for instance C:\AntiSpyware
Download the exe from here to that new folder.
http://www.merijn.org/files/HijackThis.exe
This is necessary to ensure you have backups should anything go wrong
Make and post a new log

Okay, I was able to uninstall NewDotNet. Although, there was not a folder for it in the program files

I got rid of hijackthis entirely from the computer by uninstalling it and deleting log files. I then reinstalled it in its own file.

Was that log taken in safe mode ? we need to see a normal log, for example why isnt mcafee running

Start Hijackthis and place a check next to these items If there.
Close all browser windows and shut down all other programs that show in the taskbar. (even Folders)

OK,
I ran HijackThis and fixed everything but

I didn't find it there

I then got rid of security entirely by deleting it instead of just unchecking it. This got rid of the desktop problem. THANKS
