    Question immunize

Hi folks, just new to using spybot s/d.whilst reading the help info it reccomends that you should "immunize" against potentialy dodgy sites.if i do this does it then mean that i will not be able to visit sites the program deems dodgy and will it block sites i may have already bookmarked ?
Would be very grateful if someone can explain this to me.
    thanks snokey

There's a description of immunize within this post here:
    http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=281
The first level of protection is immunization (a passive protection). When you “Immunize”, entries are added to the system Registry. This blocks cookies from some sites, places other sites in the restricted zone and blocks the download/execution of selected ActiveX scripts. If you are interested in learning how this type of blocking works, see Note #1 below. Also Note: If you use Spybot S&D and other products like IE-SPYAD, SpywareBlaster, etc. together, there is an overlap of some of the protection offered. If you undo or disable the protection in one product, it may remove some of the protection installed by the other. You should re-immunize or re-enable the protection in the other products as appropriate.

For the sites that get added to the restricted sites zone, that shouldn't block them completely.
For a description of the restricted sites zone, please see here(click restricted sites zone):
