Command Service Won't Go away.

I have ran SSD many times even when it reboots and I can't rid of this

Hkey_local_machine\System\controlset001\Services\cmdService
Hkey_local_machine\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\cmdService

Can anyone help?

I am still getting an error msg saying "Error loading C:\WINDOWS\msbk32.dll
The specified module could not be found." What is this thing? And how do I get rid of it?
