    Default help please! coolwwwsearch, x dialer, symantec problems

    Hi,

    I am running virus scan via spydoctor and it is showing coolwwwsearch and xdialer but is not allowing me to delete them. can anyone point me in the right direction regarding doing this. I am a bit of a novice at this. Also my symantec seems to periodically be hijacked with messages as if it is spamming via my symantec. My server blocks this but the messages with sending failed flood my screen and it affects connection to the net. Can anyone help?
