pctturbo pop ups

I keep getting pop up efvery 5 min. from pctturbo. Interactive services notifies me a program want to run. I close it out and it keeps popping up. I can not get rid of it.Please Help. Also spybot and avg does not deteck it, nor does window defender.

If you can find the file/s, please zip and send to: detections(AT)spybot.info (Replace AT with @)

If you cannot, please don't concern yourself, you can however send a scan report.

Open Spybot-S&D and start a scan ("check for problems").
After the scan, right-click in the results field and choose either "Save full report to file..." or "Copy full report to clipboard".

Then attach the file (or copy the report) to the email and send it to: detections(at)spybot.info (Replace AT with @)
