undetectable, many popups, no sollution I found works...

I never had to post here before, because I always found a solution with a little web searching, but...

a couple days ago I started to get a load of popups, even while working offline. The main redirect is to: url.cpvfeed.com, but I get many others as well...

I have latest versions (w/updates) of Spybot & McAfee antivirus. Both found nothing... I ran Smitfraud & HiJackThis, per this forums pre-post instructions, to no avail...

so, who do I need to contact to sort through this log file? or do I just post it here?
