Undying Virtumonde

Well, I have been trying to remove Virtumonde for about two days now, trying safe mode, normal mode, deleting it directly, and everything but they just won't get rid of it. At the next startup, it's always revived...

I was looking through the posts and realized that my auto-update was turned off, so I went to the automatic updates and tried to turn it on but I found out that for some reason, something is blocking me from activating my automatic updates. I can't even update it manually

I tried multiple methods to turn on autmatic updates but to no avail, it always shuts down to "off" mode afterwards. I am wondering if this has anything to do with Virtumonde as well?
