Also I have attempted cleaning it b4 & didnt use insulting tape or static mats, etc. I have also cleaned blades without preventing movement & have exhaled air onto parts (Does it cause damage? If so how long before damage occurs?)
The article also fails to mention if it is better to clean PC on carpet, tiles or concrete. OR does it need to be on a table?
