virtumonde and right media

I keep getting these infections showing up every time i run Spybot. I remove them but they keep coming back. Is there a simple solution for me to do? I am not a computer genius...just have to use a computer. I just recently bought a new DELL. Never had any issues before with my Gateway Lapotp. Is there something different I need to do with this laptop a than I did with the old laptop?
