Using SB Scheduler on a restricted user

Didn't find an answer in the forum. Hopefully someone can help.
I am trying to go through Spybot to schedule updates and scans.
This works great as an admin but as a restricted user all options are greyed out and it says "The Task Scheduler Service Is Not Running" even though it is.
My goal is to have updates and scans run in the background for the restricted user. Using Windows XP Pro on a Dell pc.
Any ideas on how to do this?

Hello,

To run the sheduler you need admin rights.
You can't shedule as a restricted user.
