Default Xp Defender Pro browser hijacker

First, let me say that if I understood everything in the Read this Post I could probably figure out this thing by myself. I've tried to get this fixed twice and I got a read the Before you Start Read this Post response. It's like a foreign language to me. Help me out.

I have a browser redirect virus that also puts up all these security alerts. I can get it out with Spybot or Malwarebytes however it comes back if I do searches on the browser so I'm thinking it's imbedded in the computer somewhere.

I have attached my most recent scan. Perhaps you can tell me how to get rid of permanently.

    Thanks,

    Bart
