While best efforts are made to assist in removing infections safely, unexpected stuff can happen. It is advisable that you back up your important data before starting any clean up procedure. Neither Safer Networking Forums nor the Analyst providing the advice may be held responsible for any loss.

Until we deem your system clean I am going to ask you not to install or uninstall any software or hardware except for the programs we may run unless instructed to uninstall one.

Sorry for the delay but we can a bit overwhelmed at times.

c:\program files\BearShare <--File sharing programs like this are not safe, your downloading that file from an unknown source and not all but most contain malware. Malware writers are in tune to this and are using File Sharing programs like this to infect you. If your serious about cleaning this computer than I am going to ask you to uninstall it via Programs and Features in the Control Panel.

Your running Norton Antivirus but I see markers also for McAfee, did you try to uninstall this at one time ?

You have Malwarebytes installed, open it, check for updates and run the Quick scan and post the log.
