Well, you can uninstall both those programs and then try reinstalling and see if they improve, if you need help with windows problems you can post here as we just do malware removal on this forum, all us forums work together so you can link them to this thread so they can see what we have done. Sometimes the infections even after there removal can cause some damage.

This image shows Combofix but remember we renamed it to Combo-fix
- Click START then RUN
- Now type Combo-fix /uninstall in the runbox and click OK. Note the space between the X and the /, it needs to be there.

Open OTL and click on Clean Up and it will remove programs we used to clean your system along with there backups
Malwarebytes is the free version and yours to keep and will not be removed
