Updated S&D today and when I went to select the download location the US location wasn't there. There are several European ones and a world one but the US one is not there.

Yes,the one that says USA beside it is in the mirrors.disabled list in online.ini.
You could just try selecting one that is available.[-Mirrors.disabled]

Online.ini is in Spybot's Updates folder.I do not know why the US mirror is disabled.Every once in a while,download locations get disabled.Nothing to worry about.
