    Hello tacky zippo,

Is the toolbar showing in ADD/REMOVE Programs?

Please open Spybot Search & Destroy > Help > About and let us know the version and date of last definitions.

Also what is the operating system and service pack (if any), and which security programs are installed. How is the computer running in general?

    Best regards.

    Hello tacky zippo,

If the toolbar isn't showing in ADD/REMOVE Programs and you would like someone to take a look at the system please start a topic in the Malware Removal Forum

First see that forum's FAQ which also includes instructions in post #2 on how to provide DDS logs, which are the logs used in the preliminary analysis.
