Hi,
You had some P2P programs that you where using , there bad news. That update you did may have caused this all, some of them are fake.
Why dont you uninstall Minecraft and reinstall it and see if it makes a difference
The tools we use today are very reliable and updated quite often, I doubt after running any of the removal programs that it caused any damage

Actually when working on the problem today, a Java update fixed the MC problem.

Thats good to hear, looks like Robybel did all the work and did a great job, you also for following all his instructions.
- Click START then RUN
- Now type Combofix /uninstall in the runbox and click OK. Note the space between the X and the /, it needs to be there.
If you have problems with this you can drag CF to the trash, if you ever need it again in the future we can download a fresh new updated copy
Open OTL and click on Clean Up and it will remove programs we used to clean your system along with there backups, any programs that where not removed you can just drag to the trash.
Malwarebytes is the free version and yours to keep and will not be removed
