An Error Occured During Antispyware Updates!! ?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!????!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Firstly the initial install of the Spybot software failed, had to try again and succeeded. Now I get the error saying An error occurred during antispyware update when I try and update showing the following:

It seems it was updated but I'm still getting this error everytime I update.
Any idea why???

The Spybot updater can fail from time to time on its 1st attempt to download the latest updates.
