Simple Uncheck?

I have run a Spybot system scan. It has identified a large number of items with low threat level, and one item with high threat level. I don't want to remove the items with low threat level right now. Must I manually uncheck a hundred items in order to remove the one item with high threat level? I don't see an "Unselect All" option. TIA ...

Right-click into the scan window will open a popup where you can choose to deselect everything.
