win32.runouce.sal on setup.exe file whilst trying to install Simpsons Hit & Run game

Hi,

So I went back to try and install an old game of mine because I never finished it and was met with: win32.runouce.sal detection by spybot.PNG

Attached is the affected file.

Please fix if it's indeed a false positive or tell me what it does if it's actually malware.

Hi, detection rules for the product Win32.Runouce.sal have been removed some time ago because of suspected FPs. Could you please try to update Spybot's rules and try again? Otherwise you can ignore this problem in Spybot's settings. Thank you.
