Ok< got that> i did find they are paid ads like western journal< etc bottom right corner is notifications icom they come from it
ok got it. i found that they are paid ads like western journal, target and so on who pay google for them. the bottom right corner is notification icon when you can kinda control them but not completly.
Keep trying to toggle the apps to get control over ads being displayed.
You can try using Firefox as your default browser and apply Adblock to the extensions list there as well.
