Spybot Anti-Beacon v 4.1.0.0 - Error at Startup

I keep getting this error at startup for Spybot Anti-Beacon.

My AV and Firewall are permissive to the application.

I'm on Windows 11 Pro 23h2.

When I open the application manually, it works fine.

The contact page on safer-networking has a pull-down menu where you can select anti-beacon or anti-beacon plus. You might want to select that, then fill out the rest of the contact page and send it to Team Spybot:
