    Just to respond to your last post, that I did not see, the hackers are constantly changing their junk to keep us from being able to remove it. Some stuff is so bad, only a reformat takes care of the issues and some of the rootkits are so dangerous that the computer can not be trusted again without a reformat. In your case, the infection is all about the $$$.
    If you read the links I provided, you should know they belong in jail and for a long time. Having said this, if your computer is back to normal, you can ignore the instructions to run the AVG Anti-Spyware scan, unless you want a good final check for malware. your call.

    The jsmvvwol.dll file is gone and the AVG complete scan came up completely clean. Thanks for all your help, much appreciated.

    Anyone who sits around creating this crap definitely deserves some jail time. I hope they get it.

    Sounds good let's do this now: System Restore does not know the good files from the bad. In case bad stuff has gotten into your System Restore files, follow the instructions in this link to get clean System Restore files. Turn it off, reboot then turn it back on:
