Default help with scan for rootkit

I did a scan and these three things came up and I'm not sure if I should delete them or not. Maybe someone could help me if possible?

    Hello rokit88,

The first items appear to be a Windows Cursor and Outlook Express.

Object: Xgh3rtil:HcmyeDvITyfjmkX73PdV:$DATA is located in your Common Files which are shared files for the system.

I'd choose to leave them alone, if there is reason to suspect a problem someone could take a look at the system and advise.

What is the operating system please, are there any issues with the computer's performance?

    Best regards.

I was just curious as to what these things were that's all. My computer does seem a little sluggish lately but I've checked through spybot and malwarebytes and nod32 and everything checks out fine except for those results so that's what I ask. I'm on a windows xp professional sp3

    Hello rokit88,

    Thank you for the feedback.

As you are on XP which is no longer supported by Microsoft it is wise to be watchful.

    Best regards.
