1.6.0 to 1.6.2 upgrade questions

1. Can I download and install over 1.6.0, or should I uninstall 1.6.0 first?
2. Where is the changelog online? I can't find it.

1. You can overwrite it, but it is suggested that you uninstall it and then start a fresh install of the latest version.
2. Update to 1.6.2 finally here.
