1.6.2 update woes

Hi!

I just updated SpyBot S&D from 1.6.0 to 1.6.2 on WinXP ProSP3.

I noticed two issues:
- during installation I got an error dialog about SDHelper.dll (see picture). After clicking Retry it continued with installation
- at end of the install wizard, it required a system restart

Considering that S&D does not install any resident components (as far as I know) and none of its files should be in use when not running, I consider both issues a bug.

Hello,

Seems like you installed over your old version.
In this old version you seem to have activated the SDHelper and the TeaTimer. With the new version those features are also installed for resident protection. The files are write protected because they are already in use.
But with the try again function everything should have worked now.
