Unless you are immunizing on a Windows 2003 Server you could uncheck the profiles listed as "(Secure Domains)" under the Internet Explorer and not immunize those profiles to help speed the process. The "(Secure Domains)" immunization appears to only be affective for Windows 2003 Server. See the discussion in the following thread:
