2.4 rootkit scan, what do I do with the results

Please help my old brain. :grandpa: I have read many posts and have not seen an answer to my question. "2.4 rootkit scan, what do I do with the results?"

I have about 200 Unknown ADS files, 1 No admin in ACL folder and 7 No admin in ACL registry keys.

Why is this scan done if the results aren't used for anything?!?!?! :scratch:

Excellent question Tashi!! Why did I? That was part of my original question. What is the scan for? Spybot 2.4 is keeping things purring. I use SpyHunter daily for cookies and junk, but Spybot does all the rest, well, I might say. Thank you for the response. I just won't run it again unless one of you tell me!!
