5 infections

I have 5 infections that S&D finds every day, even after removal.
They are Double Click, Fast Click, Hit Box, Media Plex & Statcounter.
What are they & how do I remove them permanently?:red:

Re `What happened here', it was taking so long to rectify I bought a new computer.
Re `Please see this topic' Bad downloader blcker was already checked in S&D, also IE was configured correctly to silently blocked. S&D was immunized.
