a dialer infected my computer

A da***d dialer is in my computer. I remove the connection but after 4 or 5 minuts it is one more time in Internet Options>connections i don't know what is the program that autogenerate the connection but the real problem is not the call, i've an DSL broadband connection, but the fact that the dialer disconnect the broadband connection to try to call himself. HELP HELP HELP someone can help me? I'm disperate thank you coachernesto

Please see "BEFORE you POST" -Preliminary Steps and scanning with SPYBOT-S&D

You may have to download HJT onto another, clean PC, burn to CD (or put on a floppie) then upload from that media to the infected computer to get a log so that someone can assist you.
