a web virus!?!?!?

Hi guys,

I am experiencing a very annoying virus that my ESET NOD 32 is informing me about literally ALL the time!

the message that I'm constantly getting is, I quote:

Object:
htp://hugehighest.cn/load.exe

Threat:
a variant of Win32/Rustock.NIK Trojan

Information:
connection terminated - quarantined



I scanned my PC and nothing is actually infected, but this message is flashing all the time...number of blocked attacs is way over 500 in a few hours. Please help!
