I have been infected with this, it takes over the browser by direction to a search site, luckily i was about to reformat the HD any way so now its history for a while. I tried all the usual stuff to get rid of the problem in vain.

Spybot search and destroy didn't find it during a scan even with latest defs.. hijack this found the entry but on deletion it reappears after a reboot.

notice the double -- between about and blank..

I would like this added to future fixes if possible.
