accidentally went to spywarebot...just went there and wammo...need help!

does anybody know about spywarebot and how to remove their hoot? all I did was go to the site and now everytime I use explorer there are popups that norton doesnt even mind allowing...wtf. from what I understand this is malware? Any help would be greatly appreciated...RC
