Hello all brothers and sisters!
Even if we should see each other as brothers and sisters, theres no way to know what everyone of us are doing in different times of this common eternal life.
Example: I just spend an hour the other day to yell at ASUS at their Zen phone forum regarding how to hardware (HW) update my new Zen Phone to current date.
"Do like this: Make sure the SOP is correct and then download the SKU to a safe place..." (maybe it was the other way around... DL the SOP and make sure the SKU..
)
That was the message. So...what happens if my SKU or SOP is wrong. Do I lower myself o ask? Maybe.
Now. I have a Loooong experience in computers, I can do microcode programming, I can do C++(A high level programming language developed from 1960's Combined Programming Language, CPL, it's B-version BCPL, and the C-version that became the most popular High level programming choice, where "++" is a later version merely based on OOP (Objct Oriented Programing see the GUI (Graphic User Interface) of Photoshop f.ex. Object orientation is that everything follows base objects that you add different features to, and you can thereby form new reusable objects based on the older ones...), Delphi etc... Since 1978 I have fiddled with 8080 (Intels first widespread CPU, Central Processing Unit) on Imsai's (Information Management Services Associates Incorporated [1]) and the CPU Z80 (Zilogs version CPU of 8080) on ZX Spectrums, CP/M (Old office standard Control Program for Microcomputers, Z80 based) machines, a well priced study system for the Z80: S.D. Systems Starter kit [2] which was the thing I used to build the worlds first STEREO Drum Sampler....using two organ drum instrument sections connected at the 16 PPO's (Parallell Port Outputs)), I used a 16 bit 8 modem input DEC (Digital Equipment) VAX [3] (Virtual Address eXtension) pre-Internet server machine on the BBS (Bulletine Board System) time, I got an 8085 PC 1985 etc. etc. DOS 3.0... and I became a distributor of Spectral Systems Inc. in my country around 1988.[4]
Me and hundreds of others have made Norton, McAfee, Adobe, Microsoft, Symantec and all these giants - BIG by participating in FxP Hackers clans... like ODD (Zero Day Dump) I have shipped S/W between Australia and Holland, and all over the world as an "ILLEGAL" pirate. FBI chased US (!) and these software companies just grew into giants because of our expertize reviews and selections. Isn't it funny how the real truth is beyond the curtains? One guy was in prison just symbolically... Big Brother gotta do what Big Brother gotta do...
But there is NO GOOD with that for my part. I just enjoyed it. Perhaps I can just BRAG about it...
Because you see, there are new generations of ourselves growing up, all the time, learning the "important" only, and becoming professionals. developing new gear, and everyone of us thinks our job is easy. Easier that novices thinks.
So we use acronyms. Because EVERYONE know that DOS means Dedicated Operation Software ! Doesn't they? :clown:
My questions to you "kids"... What does the letters in "ACL" and "ADS" stands for precisely?
I don't have enough energy left in my search activity on this, that all you "kids" think is, easy matter! :euro:

(Boy...Did I learn a lot by investigating me own acronym history...about meself?
