hi, i have windows vista, and when i click on internet explorer, i get an ad for spyware, and a free scan, it will let me access the internet but it will not let me disable it, also i have found four files connected to it, but when i try to delete them it says i need permission, but i am the administrator, any ideas?

Please follow the procedure in this link:
"BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance) which includes running a scan with Spybot-S&D if you haven't already done so.
Then start your own thread in the Malware Removal Forum where a helper will advise you when available.
