Administrative Issues With Vista

Managed to get spybot updates to run as administrator [as seen on the ion] but cannot do the same for the app itself. I have seen something that refers one to settings but does not specify spybot or vista. Looking for some guidance on the correct configuration.

To get Spybot to run as administrator in Vista,you can rightclick the Spybot icon and select Run As Administrator.

Or,if you'd like to get the UAC prompt each time without having to rightclick,you could rightclick the Spybot icon,select Properties,Compatibility Tab,and under Privilege level,checkmark Run this program as an administrator,then click Apply,and OK.
