administrator function

I downloaded S&D and when i run a scan and try to remove the findings it comes back and says i cant cause i am not the administrator . I am signed in to this machine as the administrator. what do i need to do to fix this problem?

Are you running Windows Vista?

If so, you need to elevate yourself by doing the following:

When opening spybot you need to right click the spybot icon and choose run as administrator.
