Adware and virus infections

My daughter's roommate got onto this comp while she was at work and came home to multiple popups, infections. It got infected with AVSystemcare. A lot was fixed whe I ran spybot S&D. I also downloaded and ran the on-line Kaspersky scan. I am still getting the popup "Windows Security Alert. Warning! Potential Spywre Operation!" I removed the McAfee program as her antivirus wasn't running. I want to put the Kapersky on her comp once we get this fixed. I downloaded Hijackthis and here is the report.

Hi

1. Download this file -
combofix.exe
2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your
next reply with a fresh hjt log.

Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause
it to stall
