After reinstall Spybot Profesional , I got problems

Dear Adminstrators,

After a computer crash, I had to reinstall Spybot professional, but now spybot dose not work properly, it dosen't start , and It says: you have 2 spybot in your computer, weil after the crash I have formatted my HD and reinall the windows 7 agin, and I have only 1 examplar of Spybot in my laptop.
Would you please help me?
